Father Angelos Makar, priest of St. George Church in al-Wasty, told Copts United that Ashraf al-Sisi, lawyer of the Muslim family, has stated that the Church has nothing to do with the disappeared Muslim girl.
He added during the hearing session of the Shura Council about the sectarian incidents of al-Wasty after a Muslim girl has disappeared that the Church all over Egypt has nothing to do with the Muslim girl, and it rather cooperates in searching for the girl.
