After the Mufti of the Muslim Brotherhood has prohibited congratulating the Copts on Easter or any other Christian feasts, Islamists have been distributing leaflets in Beni Suef and other governorates to prohibit celebrating Sham el-Nessim as well by the Muslims.
It's worth mentioning that Sham el-Nessim is an Egyptian national holiday marking the beginning of spring. It always falls on the day after the Eastern Christian Easter.
