Egypt participates, with a high profile delegation, in the fourth session of the “Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction” in Geneva, which was held on May 19-23.
The delegation was led by Head of the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) Yasser Ali, who was accompanied by specialists in the field of disaster management and civil defense.
Ali said that the government will establish a fund for implementation and disaster and crisis management, calling on the international community to contribute in supporting the fund.
