CAIRO: Head of Strong Egypt Party Abdel Moneim Aboul Fotouh filed a law suit at the Administrative Court against interim President Adly Mansour’s decree.
He demanded the cancellation of the decree that states that expatriates can vote outside their specified poll stations at their governorates at the constitution referendum.
