Minister of Defense Abdel Fatah al-Sisi met with the former head of the 50-member committeeAmr Mousa Tuesday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense in Kobry el-Koba.
Moussa told Youm7 that Sisi plans to announce his candidacy in the presidential elections soon, adding that his meeting with the defense minister was to inquire about whether he would run in the elections.
Moussa said that Sisi praised the January 25 Revolution and June 30, adding that the will of the Egyptian people was the main reason for the two revolutions.
Moussa added that el-Sisi also praised the role of the youth in the two revolutions, saying that they will play an instrumental role in the future.
