Clashes erupted today between Coptic Christians and Muslims at the monsters of St. Mary in Samalout after a Coptic farmer wrote religious phrases on the walls of the monastery, after which the Muslims have gone mad.
15 Coptic and Muslim people were arrested and the matter is still under investigation.
