Dr. Murad Wahba, professor of philosophy at Ain Shams University, said that we are in bad need to public illumination, which should be supported by media. Yet, they do just the opposite.

He added in his interview with "controversial issues" program on Copts United with the anchor Ezzat Polous that a true revolution comes by the public and not the elite.

He said that Mubarak had to deal with the fundamentalist instead of fighting them. Though they hate technology, the fundamentalist used an electronic based revolution to seize power.

Wahba added that the exclusion of fundamentalist thought is inevitable as it is devastating and contradicts with democracy.
