Association 38 demands attending Personal Status Law’s discussions

Peter Ramses, lawyer and adviser for Copts 38 Association, sent a letter to Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St Mark See, asking him to allow representatives of the association to attend the discussions of the new personal status law. He said that the committee formed by the Coptic church is trust worthy, but there is no representation for people suffering from divorce issues which affects the recommendations of the committee badly on the ground.
