Confused!
I’m totally confused but in England –UK- the church here celebrates Easter, “Jesus is Risen indeed he is risen” I know for sure in Egypt, Greece, and many countries in the world, Orthodox or Catholic, they do celebrate today Palm Sunday! So Jesus is still very much alive and passion week starts Tomorrow, but it is kind of difficult to be different than the people around you I do not intend to change my believes to please others and this is my problem, deep inside me I know it is not yet the time to celebrate but I can only ask why those differences Almighty God is ONE, we all praise Jesus Christ our saviour who died for me and you to clear your sins! He was crucified just ONCE just like his birth he was born just ONCE, but the majority of people celebrates it on 25th December in Egypt Copts Orthodox celebrates it on 7th January! I know for sure in Egypt, Greece, and many countries in the world, Orthodox or Catholic, they do celebrate today Palm Sunday! This discrepancy was –And I wrote about it sometime before- due to the Gregorian Calendar that took in consideration fragments of the years as it is not 365, neither 365 ¼ but there are fragments of hours accumulating over the years days that the Julian Calendar omitted, the Coptic Calendar was never re-adjusted accordingly and Egypt being under the British occupation initially was just notified almost 100 years later, and if we apply those discrepancies will find that the true date of Jesus birth is 25th December, so why the Coptic church refuses to apply those discrepancies? It was said that farmers are stabled with the Coptic calendar months they plant corps and recollect them on specific Coptic months but where the problem is you can still call the dates whatever you like the problem is not names but TIMING!

Let me re-iterate the problem I recall Pope John Pole –R.I.P- of the Vatican met several times with Pope Shenuda –R.I.P. - trying to unify celebrations of the Christian Churches, we all believe in One Same God, but we celebrate same occasions in different dates? WHY?!

Those meetings between Popes got repeated many times and just last year Pope Tawdros met with Pope Francis for the same reason but we are still divided once again WHY?

Again only once per year Holly Saturday at midnight God Brightens the Church in Jerusalem with his holly light when he rose from the death and won his fight with Satan this event does not get repeated every day it happens only one according to specific calculations I have no Idea what those calculations are BUT I KNOW IT ONLY HAPPENS ONCE PER YEAR!

Any way, as I can only express my confusion write about it and hope in the near future this confusion will be over, but I can always wish you all happy Palm Sunday, Happy Easter, and all best wishes to the people on Earth Peace be with you all.

Special wishes to Egypt and Egyptians may God keep blessing them as the region faces many challenges I wanted to write about them but the occasion imposed itself so I’ll be writing about them in the future mean time Peace be with you all!
