The Coptic student has been imprisoned since May 14, after he was charged with contempt of Islamic religion using his Facebook account.
 
The young man claimed that his cell phone was stolen days before the accident happened. However, his family was forced to leave their village, and his father is still prevented from returning to his house or visiting his son in prison.
