Mahlab visits to Equatorial Guinea and Italy

Egypt’s Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab will arrive in Equatorial Guinea Monday to stay for two days then will head to Italy from July 22-24, Youm7 reported Sunday.

Mahlab will participate in the First International Conference on Ebola, in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea on July 20-21, Youm7 reported Sunday.
 
He is scheduled to take part in a number of bilateral meetings to discuss the mutual relations between Egypt and Equatorial Guinea, presenting Egypt’s efforts in the health sector.
 
Equatorial Guinea will host international conference on Africa’s fight against Ebola under the slogan “Africa helping Africans in the Ebola Recovery and Reconstruction.”
 
Mahlab will then head to Italy during the period of July 22-24 to attend Milano Expo, said Youm7 Sunday.
 
According to the exhibition website, Expo Milano 2015 is to be organized over six months from May 1 to Oct.31. More than 140 countries are participating in the event, through which they show state-of-the-art technology “to guarantee healthy, safe and sufficient food for everyone, while respecting the planet and its equilibrium.”
 
During the first two days of his visit to Italy, the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), the Italian-Egyptian Business Council and Intesa Sanpaolo bank will organize a two-day meeting for the Egyptian and Italian political leaders in Milan and Turin, Agi.it website reported on July 17.
 
“The meeting in Turin will be under the theme of “Egypt Economic Reform Agenda: A new path for growth,” according to Agi.it.
 
 
 
The prime minister will meet his Italian counterpart on the sidelines of his visit, to discuss a number of international issues, including “countering terrorism.”
