Ashraf Anis, lawyer, filed a lawsuit against Pope Tawadros and Minister of Justice to cancel the mandatory pre-marriage counseling courses of the Coptic Orthodox Church.
He said that these courses are useful, but can’t be mandatory since this contradicts with the Egyptian constitution.
