Sir Magdi Yacoub, the British-Egyptian cardiothoracic surgeon, annoucned that he will be responsible for the treatment of a rare case of a child born with his heart outside his chest, in TV statements Sunday.
Yacoub, one of the world’s most respected cardiac surgeons, chairs the executive board of the Aswan Heart Center that is in charge of the Centre’s day-to-day operations.
