Pope Tawadros of Alexandria delegated Abba Raphael, general secretary of the Holy Synod of the Coptic Orthodox Church, to attend the Third International Conference on Coexistence and Peacemaking in Austria.
The health conditions of Pope Tawadros prevented him from attending the conference hosted by the Jordanian Interfaith Coexistence Research Center (JICRC), brought together Middle Eastern religious leaders to reject violence and find ways of living in peace.
