In a surprise movement, Minya Court decided yesterday to step down from the case of the Karm village and the burning of the houses of the Copts in Delja.
Dr. Ihab Ramzy, lawyer of the victims, said that the case of the Karm village has been considered for 3 years and was postponed several times, but the court decided now to step down, and the case of the village of Delja enters the sixth year in court.
