CAIRO - A criminal court in Cairo Wednesday upheld a decision made by the Ministry of Justice to freeze the liquid assets of the former Minister of Petroleum Sameh Fahmi and his wife until investigations have been finished.
Fahmi was charged of squandering public money hit about $80 billion and profiteering by illegal means.
