Al-Gamal: Morsi made an illegal decision to confront legislative power

Dr. Yehia al-Gamal, the Constitutional scholar, have denounced the decision of president  Mohammed Morsi concerning the Constituent Assembly.

Al-Gamal said that such illegal decision made him really unhappy.

Al-Gamal added: it only means that Morsi wants to confront with the legislative power to issue such decision at that very time.
