Lawsuit by Okasha to restore the Parliament of 2010

Administrative Court has decided to postpone the lawsuit by Tawfik Okasha, head of Al-Faraain satellite channel, against President Mohamed Morsy and Field Marshal Tantawi, head of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, to restore the Parliament of 2010 to the hearing of October 23.

Okasha said that SCAF has dissolved this parliament, which has came after fair elections, according to his words
