Egyptian judiciary against fascism

Wahhabi Islamists knew that the independent judiciary will be a stumbling block before achieving their dreams of seizing Egypt and changing its identity by establishing a theocratic state. Therefore, destroying the independent judiciary was a top priority in the agenda of President Mohamed Morsy and his group, even before he officially took office.

Morsy refused to perform the constitutional oath before the Supreme Constitutional Court in the absence of an elected People's Assembly. He insisted on this for several days before he surrendered temporarily and swore before this court. However, he didn't consider this oath and twice did he repeat it later in Tahrir Square as well as Cairo University.

Once he took office as a president, he started attacking the judiciary, especially the Supreme Constitutional Court by canceling its decision to dissolve People's Assembly against the decisions of Supreme Constitutional Court that has canceled Morsy's decision forcing him to retreat for the third time.

Few days later, Morsy has decided to dismiss the Attorney General against the law in order to prevent him from taking care of reports against the president, his group and allies.

Finally, in order to pass such racist, extremist and religious constitution, whose Constituent Assembly is but invalid like its preceding one, President Morsy has issued a constitutional declaration, in which he declared himself a dictator whose decisions, Constituent Assembly and Shura Council are immunized against judiciary.

Additionally, his militias and his allies have been besieging the Constitutional Court in order to prevent judges from considering lawsuits concerning resolving the Constituent Assembly and attacking peaceful demonstrators as well as killing them. Consequently, judges have started a sit-in as well as partial strike. Moreover, they refused to supervise the referendum due to the invalidity of its Constituent Assembly and the corruption of its articles.

The Egyptian people, who demonstrated for the sake of their freedom and build a modern and civil state, are now supporting their judiciary against the fascist regime of Muslim Brotherhood. Egyptians and their judiciary won't surrender till Egyptian judiciary recovers its prestige and independence.
