Bishop Cyrilos: Police prevented Muslims from demolishing the church

Abba Cyrilos, Bishop of Nag Hammadi, said that Muslim young people of al-Morashda village have demonstrated in front of a Coptic psychopath's house trying to kill him claiming he has raped a Muslim baby girl. Then, they demolished a pharmacy; clothes shop and a car that belong to Coptic Christians, as well as destroying the cross at the top of the church. Police could stop them and arrested the man in order to save his life.

Later, after Friday prayers, Muslim people have demonstrated in front of the church holding Molotov cocktails and stones to attack the church, but police could stop them again

It's worth mentioning that forensic doctor has reported that medical examination showed that the girl was not raped as claimed.
