Will Erdogan's stubbornness lead to a Turkish spring?

It's known that Recep Tayyip Erdogan is a smart politician who came to power after many Islamic leaders including Necmettin Erbakan failed to overthrow the secular regime in Turkey. However, his disciple Erdogan has learnt the lesson and took several steps that enabled him to apply their Islamic vision in Turkey.

Those steps included: improving the conditions of the people and developing the economic conditions as well as fighting corruption, taking time to Islamize the Turkish regime and never hurry up unlike the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, eleminating the generals of the Army from politics, controlling the judicial system that  allowed female lawyers to wear veils in court, and gaining the support of foreign countries even against his own army.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan has been in power since 2002, and has been working ever since on Islamizing Turkey and eliminating secularism. Hatred and extremism have spread there, Christian minorities are threatened and priests are killed.

Erdogan has succeeded to accomplish great deal of his mission to Islamize Turkey, and recently he banned hard liquor advertisements and prohibit selling them at night, which was soon to prohibit selling them at all.

Being in power for so long enabled him to apply his plans. Recently, the government has decided to seize one of the public historical parks called Ghazi garden and build a huge mosque on it. This was refused by the Turkish people who demonstrated against the decision. Police were so violent causing hundreds of injuries among the the civilians. Finally, Erdogan had to withdraw his police forces, but with the determination to remove this historic park later.

It looks like that Erdogan's absolute power, even if it came through elections, has led him to stubbornness and pride; however, pride comes before a fall. This could be a the start of a Turkish spring that leads the Middle East to a real spring, in which it may get rid of the Islamists who proved they care much about the other life, but ignore how their citizens live on earth!
