Church From Morsi or For Morsi?
Recently, President Morsi has announced that he approves the first church in his era for the Copts. But we should be careful here; this church is not from Morsi but for him. You might ask what does it mean for him? It means that Morsi wanted to tell the Copts, at this time especially, that he is tolerant although he doesn’t mean the Copts surely, but he means the international community. Coincidently he is traveling to London soon.

Morsi is trying to trick everyone. He is very devious. He wants the Copts to be silent before his traveling to London. He wants the Copts to forget all the issues that have happened in his period by allowing the building of a church. Alas Mr. Morsi, the Copts are not stupid enough to believe that you are tolerant especially in this particular moment.

Mr. Mori is following the same policies of Mubarak. He wants to make the Copts happy for his own gains and forget the bad history he did in the last year, but that will never happen. The Copts are aware of that step and will never fall in the trap that Morsi wants them to be in.

Morsi and his group have been trying to do anything the last few days to avoid what could happen to him on the 30th of June. He tries to negotiate through El-Shater one time, give the Copts gifts another time, but none of these tricks will work Mr. Morsi. I can say that Morsi needs a miracle to escape from his destiny and from the next demonstration, he will be asked to step down.

Morsi, until this moment, could not act as a responsible president, especially after the scandalous meeting was aired and showed his ignorance and how he deals with Egypt as an amateur not as a professional president. Morsi is a disaster in all meanings, not just with Egypt, but also with all the community.

I think that the 30th of June is a great chance to let Morsi step down. If the opposition couldn’t seize the opportunity to let Morsi step down, the consequences will be great. The Islamic parties might seize this opportunity to show how much the opposition is weak and can’t do anything except words.

The international community might be waiting to see how strong is the opposition is to mobilize the people to push Morsi to step down, and we as the opposition will be in a very critical situation if we couldn’t show the international community how strong we are, and how strong our numbers are.

We need to organize ourselves and be ready for such a moment. We have to work very hard these coming days so we can prove that most of Egyptians are refusing Morsi as president. If we failed to prove this, so no more blaming of what could happen from Morsi is allowed.
