Egypt's Cairo Court ordered Monday to release a member of the Egyptian opposition Muslim Brotherhood (MB) movement's Guidance Bureau Osama Nasr Eddin, along with ten other group members in Beheira.
The men were arrested last February on charges of "affiliation with a banned group."
Egypt's MB lawyer Abdel Moneim Abdel Maqsoud lauded the court order.
Abdel Maqsoud said "My clients are more concerned about Egypt's security and stability than the authorities realize," adding that "The recent court orders served to confirm the group's legitimacy and the injustices it faced"
