Salah Ziada, Governor of Minya, decided to offer 5.000 LE grant to family of Mohammed Hassan Shehata, a Muslim man killed in Libya this week, and dedicated a monthly pension and subvention to his wife and children.
On the other hand, the Governor has not even offered his condolences to the family of the Coptic Christian man, Salama Tobia, who was killed the same way in Libya two weeks before Mohamed was killed.
Family of Salama complained that the state didn't offer any help to them.
