Father Rewis Markos, deputy of St. Mark Great Cathedral in Alexandria issued a statement today to invite all Coptic Churches and priests not to direct the Coptic voters to vote in favor of certain presidential candidate.
He explained that the Church should encourage its congregants to participate and cast their votes in the elections as a national duty.
