Ex-chief of the International Atomic Energy Agency and potential presidential candidate for Egypt's upcoming election Mohamed ElBaradei met with Egyptian expats in Britain and Europe on Friday at University College London
"Do not push me to do more than I can, I'm already working my fingers to the nails without the slightest desire to run for presidency", ElBaradei said to his audience. "'There is no savior; change has to come through the people."
The meeting suffered from a state of disorder and lack of coordination, which frustrated the speaker and the listeners. The organizers attributed the chaos to the presence of some agents from the ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) and officers from the Egyptian embassy.
