Egypt’s Support parliamentary coalition drafts currently a new law to toughen the punishments against the violators of national unity in Egypt, said the coalition’s president Saad Al Gamal on Monday.
He added, during a meeting between Pope Tawadros II and the religious parliamentary committee, that the committee gives a priority to the issuance of new legislations to organize the churches building and to criminalize discrimination during the coming period.
The Egyptian legislator praised the positions adopted by the church to support the country whether during the era of late Pope Shenouda or during the current period under the spiritual leadership of Pope Tawadros.
