Ahly set up Egypt Cup final showdown with Zamalek after comeback win
Ahly needed two late goals to seal a comeback 2-1 victory against a resilient Enppi side at the Army Stadium in Suez, setting up a mouth-watering clash with arch-rivals Zamalek in the Egypt Cup final.

After Enppi had taken a first-half lead through Mohamed El-Shami, Ahly had to wait till the 82nd minute to bag the equalizer through Moemen Zakareya before center-back Saad Samir headed the winner just three minutes later.

Egyptian league winners Ahly will now meet Zamalek in the domestic cup final for the second season running, as Martin Jol's men will be looking to avenge their last campaign's 2-0 defeat at the hands of their arch-rivals this time around.

The final takes place on Monday 8 August.

Enppi took the lead in the 28th minute when Ahly's Mohamed Hani was caught out napping by Salah Ashour who beat the right-back before cutting back to the unmarked El-Shami whose powerful strike from inside the area found the net.

After wasting a handful of chaces to equalize, Ahly finally managed to find a breakthrough when Zakareya found the roof of the net from a tight angle with just eight minutes remaining.

And it wasn't late till defender Samir headed in the winner from an inch-perfect corner kick from summer-signing Ali Maaloul to ensure his side's progression the cup final for the second season in a row.
