Sony Xperia XZ Pro design and specs leak ahead of MWC
At least that s if leaked shots of the handsets are legit. Popping up on Chinese website MyDrivers, the leaked images show a handset with the traditional rectangular shape of previous Xperia phones but now sporting a bezel-eating display that runs almost edge-to-edge, with the website claiming it will have a 5.7-inch 4K OLED panel.

While Sony s Xperia XZ Premium had a 4K display its panel was IPS LCD, so the Xperia XZ Pro looks to have a display that will offer better colours and deeper blacks than previous Sony phones.

High dynamic range (HDR) support is also likely to be a feature, as phones like Samsung s Galaxy S8 started to crop up last year supporting the display enhancing feature.

An image for the Xperia XZ Pro s specifications was also leaked, and if they can be believed, show that the handset will have Qualcomm s latest Snapdragon 845 chipset and 6GB of RAM, which should help keep Android 8.1 Oreo ticking along nicely.

Storage is slated at 64GB while MicroSDXC card support is also set to be included which should make fans of expandable storage happy. The battery is said to be a 3420mAh power pack which should keep the phone running for at least a day s worth of use.

On the Xperia XZ Pro s rear a dual-lens camera setup is features, with an 18MP and 12MP sensors likely working in tandem to produce better phone photography. The front-facing camera is set to have a 13MP lens.
The next Sony flagship phone is expected to be revealed at MWC 2018 toward the end of next month. So keep checking back with Trusted Reviews as we ll be out there in full force to bring the latest announcements and hand-ons with some of the best devices the phone and tech companies can offer.
