Egyptian court issues ruling to equally distribute heritage according to Christianity

The Court of Appeal of Cairo ruled to equally distribute heritage among male and female in the inheritance.

Such ruling came in accordance with Article 3 of the Constitution and Article 247 of the Coptic Orthodox Church s regulations.
