Copts United has been told by a high-ranking source in the church that the agenda of tomorrow’s session of the Holy Synod will include taking a decision whether congratulations will be received next month during the celebrations of Easter or not.
The previous session had witnessed an argument whether congratulations should be received while church is mourning for the departure of Pope Shenouda III. So, the decision was postponed to the session of tomorrow.
