Bishop Pachmios, the acting pope has decided to allow only the visitors who got a stamped permission from the Patriarchate to visit St. Bishoy monastery where the shrine of his holiness Pope Shenouda III.
This comes after 8 people had died yesterday because of the massive crowds at the shrine.
