Qena: a police officer leads a gang of abductors!

Justice and Development Organization for Human Rights issued a statement in which it denounced the failure of security agencies of Qena to implement the orders of arresting a gang of abductors as this gang is protected by a police officer in the public security police. This order was issued 15 days ago and was never implemented by Abu Tesht police station or the security authorities there.

Nadi Atef, head of the organization said that Kamal Abul Fadel al-Sayem (44 years old) has reported the police after he had been kidnapped and paid 50.000 EGP ransom. He reported the police against Hany Abu Hegazy, Noiur Abu Hegazy, Esam al-Abd, Abdul Reheim Abdul Azim, Fahd Ahmed and Ebrahim Mohammed.

Al-Sayem said that this story happened after the police officer Mohammed Abdul Aziem Abdul Gawad, the brother of one of the gang members had incited them, as well as incited kidnapping a student called Sab Ramsis Gawish.
