A source in the committee supervising the papal elections said that the total number of the nominees for the papcy has reached 20 after Abba Moussa has been officially nominated in addition to another monk.
The source pointed out that the committee has given the candidates a chance to complete their papers before May 26.
The appeals committee will start working after declaring the preliminary list for the candidates which will include more than 7 candidates.
