Dr. Abdul Rahman al-Barr, member of the guidance office of Muslim Brotherhood said that receiving electoral bribes in any form is prohibited according to the advisory opinion of the Muslim scientists, including the Grand Mufti of Egypt, Sheik Al-Qaradawi and others, however the poor can receive it as long as they don't vote for the candidate of the former regime.
He added that it's better to commit one crime or one sin than two; he who receives the electoral bribe has committed a major sin, and should make the right thing by voting for Mursy in the runoff as he is, according to al-Barr, the candidate of the revolution and Egypt as well as the leader of the Revival Project.
