Kamal Sabagh, coordinator of the Alliance of Free Egyptians in the United States of America said that the Alliance has cut ties with April 6 youth movement after they had declared their support for Murcy, candidate of Muslim Brotherhood, in the second round of presidential elections.
Sabagh said that the movement by this is supporting the religious state against the civil one and ignore the former decision of boycotting the runoff. This decision made the alliance support Ahemd Shafik in order to save Egypt from the religious state, and called all movements and liberal groups to give up the decision of boycotting the elections and support Shafik to save Egypt.
