A dispute has broken out in the Commission of Salam Elementary School in Garagous village between a voter who wanted to use his own pen instead of the pen of the electoral committee.
The citizen, who is called "Saleeb Abadir" wanted to use his pen after the rumors have spread about vanishing ink pens, but the judge refused and finally he consented and used the pen of the electoral committee.
