President Mohammed Morsy will never work away from Muslim Brotherhood after it had brought him to the presidential office. MB had a project since its very beginning. It's not true that MB will separate from Morsy, or Morsy from MB. Moreover, I believe that all his real advisers and assistances will be MB members. Moreover, he wouldn't take any important decision without consulting the Guidance Bureau of MB.
I know that choosing Dr. Hisham Qandil as the new prime minister is a decision that was taken originally by MB Guidance Bureau in Mokattam, which has become the new real seat of the presidency, instead of al-Kobba Palace.
It’s well known that MB ideology is based on blind obedience. Thus, it will depend on its members who will offer such blind obedience to establish what I call “MB kingdom”, however MB doesn't have what it takes to govern a country like Egypt. I say this after the failure of its members in the parliament, and after they had nominated a candidate for the presidency despite its promises it won't.
Despite all this evidence, many people in Egypt are still thinking that MB will allow other parties and coalitions of youth of the revolution to share MB in governing Egypt. I think this may come true, but just as a nice decoration like the Coptic Vice President of Freedom and Justice Party, who has disappeared just after he did his job of being a nice decoration in FJP. The same will happen with the new vice presidents.
Sooner or later, Muslim Brotherhood will try to form a fully MB cabinet as they are the majority party and is entitled to do so.
They will also try to replace the current officials with MB members. MB also will try to penetrate Intelligence Agency and the Armed Forces as well as National Security Agency on the long run in order to make sure it is going to govern Egypt for the next two centuries.
Finally, this is not a science fiction movie, but a plan that is about to come true. Forget about any promise of MB, as it will be broken just as its other promises.
