Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei, founder of Constitution Party, said that President Mohamed Morsy's takeover both the legislative and executive authorities is against democracy and should be a temporary exception.
He added in a tweet that it's such a step on the right track to end the role of SCAF in power.
He said that founding committee of the constitution should be reformed to represent all spectrum of the community and assigning them the legislation power till the parliament is elected.
