Kamal Zakher, coordinator of Secular Copts Front, told Copts United that census of the Copts is not accurate as it was contrasted with sampling, which could be subjective. He added that since 1952, state has been always dealing with the census of the Copts as a top secret in order to avoid demanding for more shares and rights.
Zakher said that 50 years ago, Copts were more than 2 millions and now they should be more than 15 millions. However, rights are no longer related to a census or their total number
