Head of Sohag's Court has refused to move the trial of Bishoy Kamiel from Sohag to Cairo, which was decided by minister of justice in order to keep Bishoy safe after many fanatics had demonstrated during his trial in front of the court and threatened his life as well as his lawyer. However, the judge has decided that there is no justification for moving the trial!
Naguib Gebrael, Bishoy's lawyer, said his life as well as Bishoy's are threatened, and the refusal of the judge to move the trial to Cairo, despite the CD of the demonstrations, shows his bad intentions concerning the trial, and I tell him: you are responsible for our safety.
