Bishop Antonios Aziz, the representative of the Catholic Church in the 50-member constitutional committee said that new constitution won’t allow clergy or military to take over power in Egypt.He explained that the current dispute about changes in the preamble is just useless as long as the constitution would prevent clergy as well as military from ruling.
