One year has passed since the revolution of June 30 has erupted. This revolution has restored the great history of Egypt away from the terrorist groups and takfirists. Had it not for the revolution of June 30, I myself would have been behind bars as fanatic lawyers have accused me of inciting sectarian strife and disturbing public order, which were to send me to prison under the former fanatic regime. The great revolution had great impact on Egypt and will bring her back to its former position among the nations under the presidency of Abdul Fatah al-Sisi who proves day after day he’s one of the greatest leaders of Egypt.
This is the first outcome of the suspicious conference in Oman. Iraq is witnessing ethnic cleansing as Christians are currently being displaced after the Shiites. Yet, the whole world is holding its peace. Other events are drawing the attention of the whole world like the Malaysian plane and attacking Gaza. People are watching and hoping for bright future is becoming unlikely.
With the increasing religious awareness that came with the overthrown of the Muslim Brotherhood in July 3rd, 2014, it was proven that different Islamic movement like the Muslim Brotherhood, the Salafis and the Takfirists are but different arms of the same ideology and group. All of them aim to establish the Islamic caliphate.
Everyday the Muslim Brotherhood commits a lot of crimes. While I was thinking about all of these crimes I wanted to ask them this question, "Are you against Sisi, or against Egypt? Do you want to destroy Egypt or destroy Sisi?"
As I continue reading History, influenced with a Ramadan Soap Best Friends or precisely world to word translation “Life Friend” pointing to R.I.P. both Nasser and his best mate Amer! I was too young but I still recall some vital events in this period, I recall after the famous 6 hours war on Monday 5th. June 1967, Nasser announcing our defeat on the following Friday 9 June 1967, and stepping down from the presidency sit! I recall how the people of Egypt, rejected the defeat, and decided to stand up with their all time national hero Jamal Abdul Nasser, asking him to stay president and withdraw his resignation! R.I.P. Sadat, and the then National Assembly which become temporarily in power while no president with Nasser’s resignation in effect, they officially requested from Nasser to remain in power as per people demand who come waves and waves in marches from the National Assembly headquarters on Kasr El Eni street really close to where I used to live at the corner of that street with El Tahrir Street, over viewing the famous Tahrir Square which made me see and live many events life upon their happening!
Has any one thought about mental examination for elements of the Muslim Brotherhood arrested in demonstrations or acts of sabotage. I believe they may suffer from some mental disorder. You man not find my proposal that weird if you know that members of the Muslim Brotherhood in Delga demanded last week to return the ousted president Mohamed Morsy to power. Don't they know that he is charged with betrayal? Furthermore, do they ask al-Sisi to return Morsy to power after he had removed him and became the newly elected president.
Congratulations to all Egyptians on Egypt's return after being kidnapped for three years. Those years were full of bitterness, blood, remorse, despair and hope. Some may ask: what does this title have to do such this intro? Well, after a publication has spread all over Egypt on which it’s written: “Did you pray today at the Prophet Mohamed?” With all due respect for our Muslim fellows and their believes, we should stay alert to any attempts to represent the Muslim Brotherhood who trade on religion to achieve their goals. They only changed the words to stay hidden. Soon, they may establish an assembly to start over.
Launching rockets by terrorists from Sinai against the Israeli city of Eilat is nothing but a clear message and warning to all Egyptians that Sinai is still out of control and terrorists of al-Qaeda, Hamas and Daash are having very nice time out there.
Out of sympathy, the ousted president Mohamed Morsy cried out at his prison, At your service Gaza. He remembers when he was in power and was able to bring the fighting parties together to negotiating table. He was able then to convince Hamas to recognize their acts against Israel is hostile acts, not acts of resistance. He was able to reach armistice between his fighting friends. Thus, he wishes to be in power today to play the same game once again.
As I keep reading history, I try to learn or understand events, I analyze from my point of view but I do not clam it is error free or above criticism, I welcome any new points of view or alternative ideas. The reason is to learn from previous mistakes to avoid them in the future not to judge or condemn any person. In today’s issue I’ll jump to more recent history, I lived some of its event but was too young to understand what really was going on, I recall the joy of the announcement of the creation of the new born United Arab Republic –Egypt & Syria- history tells me it was created 1957, but I do not really recall that date, I recall as well the sad day of separation and the death of that Union, but I have no recollection of the reasons that lead to it! However, from a recent Ramadan soap that is still going on and cannot be qualified as a historical review or source, I noticed myself historical errors –but it is not my point- I can see several facts about that period, or say the ex president R.I.P. Nasser and his regime first of all decisions were always single person’s decision. Yes, there were meetings and discussions, points of view coming up but no one would defend his point of view, like if he was afraid to upset the decision maker!
Anyone who has common sense can’t help but condemn what’s happening in Gaza right now. Especially seeing the kids being killed everyday without any reason, but the question is, who’s responsible for this war? Hamas has gotten used to launching rockets on Israel and Israel has the right to defend itself.
Three years ago, the January 25 revolution erupted and was supported by the majority of the Egyptian people from all sects and groups. It had many opposers as well, but their voices were very quite compared to the loud voices of the revolutionists. In the past three years, many events happened, many facts unfolded and many masks have fallen. With the second revolutionary wave in June 30, a new inquisition appeared as people started to judge and condemn each other without giving the other party a chance to defend themselves.
My enemies say of me in malice, “When will he die and his name perish?” When one of them comes to see me, he speaks falsely, while his heart gathers slander; then he goes out and spreads it around. All my enemies whisper together against me; they imagine the worst for me, saying, “A vile disease has afflicted him; he will never get up from the place where he lies.” Even my close friend,
Commenting on the announcement of president Abdul Fattah al-Sisi to donate half of his salary and half of his heritage for Egypt, I said that this adds to the humanitarian part of al-Sisi, but it doesn’t add to his office as improving the conditions of a country is never achieved by donations.
In the last days of Dr. Hussein Kamel Bahaa El-Din, former Minister of Education, he decided that each school should write this slogan on its doors: "my school is nice, clean, sophisticated and productive" Thus, each school principle invented many slogans to describe his pretty school. It doesn't matter if the school is a mess and never teaches the students.
As Promised last week this is my 1st Reading History series article that I might interrupt from time to time when urgent or unexpected events occurs that needs my attention or comments, however, I’ll try as much as possible to explain -from my point of view- errors and mistakes of the past and the terrific results that might be affecting us today and to explain this let me take a simple example terrorism in Egypt.
The latest decision from the Government, raising the gas prices, is a very sensitive decision, especially for the poor classes in the Egyptian community which are the majority. But at the same time we can not deny that a lot of rich people were using gas paying very low prices and were benefitting from the subsidiary system more than poor.
Kidnapping of Copts at Nag Hamadi is a phenomena that has recently increased so much. This week, five unmasked armed men have kidnapped Malak Zaghloul, Coptic young man, from his shop in front of his customers as the police have just disappeared leaving those criminals to do whatever they like.
An American court has sentenced a man to 24 months in prison for intentionally killing a dog. It was such a shocking news for me as no body would accept killing an innocent animal, but after thinking for a while, I found out that in my country, Egypt, many human beings are killed without punishment for the killers.
His eminence king Abdallah, king of Saudi Arabia, has visited Egypt in a visit that doesn't have much to do with political protocols, but has a lot to do with brotherly love between two sister countries. He came as an ambassador for the good and love bringing all the support for Egypt and its people. The two leaders of Egypt and Saudi Arabia agreed to establish a political and military alliance among Egypt and the Gulf countries, except Qatar. They also agreed to hold an international press conference to declare this alliance and the Saudi's great support for Egypt.
Rebel movement was born because of the great oppression of the Muslim Brotherhood. Thus, Egyptian men and women decided to refuse such oppression and called to unite the people once again after the Muslim Brotherhood has been working on dividing them. Such unity was able to destroy the monster of the terrorist group that was trying to seize all over Egypt using the division of the people.
