At the headquarters of the Constitution Party in Beni Suef, parties of: the Constitution, Free Egyptians, the Assembly, Nasser's, al-Wafd, the Socialist Alliance, and the popular trend as well as April 6 Movement and revolution against silence coalition, are to hold a meeting to discuss the upcoming parliamentary elections.

In spite of the anti-Christmas fatwa by a number of prominent Sheiks and a famous Islamic association, Muslims in Beni Suef have insisted on congratulating the Copts on Christmas and the new year ignoring such fatwa of the fanatics.
