Deputy of Minister of Awqaf, Mohamed Abdel-Razek, said that the ministry has granted Sheikh Borhami a speech permission though he is known for his fanaticism and extremist fatwas.
Abdel-Razek said that the ministry is examining Younis Makhioun for another permission.
