Are developed countries are actually developed-2?

Last time we were trying to understand and analyze more if the developed countries are actually developed and we could find out that in the economic meaning they are developed but in social meaning they are completely not because of the discrimination they have in their society as well as they claim they defend human rights but only human rights in their countries.

Today I want to complete this article by giving some examples that clarify that developed countries are not completely developed and we just like to minimize ourselves.

No one say that in developed countries for example you can't take your pension if you stayed 6 moths out of the country and they will cut it from you until you back again, isn't it crazy? In Egypt for example any one allowed to take his pension whenever he is in the country or not because simply this is your money that the government take it from you to give it to you back when you retire.

Another example that could show the wrong image we believe in to inferior ourselves is that in the developed countries they don't encourage people at work as people believe. I have a friend who lives in one of these countries and whenever he tries to create new ideas to make the work better for the company he works for they don;t allow him and always say we can't change they system although the way he created will save time and effort and will decrease the mistakes that could happen but they never agree or encourage him to make this change.
