The terrorist "Abdel Shafi Ahmed Mohammed Ramadan", assassin of Egyptian writer Farag Foda, said Foda was killed for being an apostate from Islam.
He added that Al-Azhar scholars issued fatwa that legalized killing the man for being an infidel and an apostate.
The terrorist explained that this came after Foda insulted Islam and the Prophet Mohamed.
