Security officials at Nuweiba Custom Authority have thwarted attempt of smuggling a set of 35 metallic and wooden artifacts dating back the beginning of the 20th century abroad, Youm7 reported on Thursday.
An investigation has been launched with the cooperation of the Ministry of Antiquities; the artifacts were seized on board of a Saudi car was heading to Saudi Arabia.
