12 new monks were ordained for the monasteries of St. Shenouda (the red monastery), St. Begoul (the red monastery), and Archangel Michael monastery of the Eastern mountain in Suhag.
The ordination ceremony was attended by Abba Besada, Bishop of Akhmim and Saqulta, Abba Pachom, Bishop of Sohag, and Abba Beeman, Bishop of Nakada and Qus, Abba Youanis, Bishop of Assiut, and Abba Oologios, head of the monastery of St. Shenouda the Archimandrite in Suhag.
