The US dollar exchange rate increased during transactions on Tuesday, reaching a high of LE18.05 at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.
At the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr the purchasing rate rose to LE17.73 up from LE17.5, and selling rate increased to LE17.83 from LE17.6.
At Banque du Caire, the purchasing rate went up to LE17.65 from LE17.5, and the selling rate reached LE17.75 from LE17.6.
The Commercial International Bank saw higher rates than other banks; the purchasing rate rose to LE17.9 from LE17.6, and the selling rate reached LE18 up from LE17.7.
At the Arab African International Bank, the purchasing rate increased sharply to LE17.79 up from LE17.5, while selling rate was LE17.89 up from LE17.62.
ADIB's purchasing rate reached LE17.95 up from LE17.75, with a selling rate of LE18.05 up from LE17.85.
At the Bank of Alexandria, the purchasing rate recorded LE17.85 up from LE17.65, and the selling rate was LE17.95 up from LE17.75.
The purchasing rate was quite high at the National Bank of Greece at LE17.92 up from LE17.6, while the selling rate was LE17.97 up from LE17.7.
